She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold George Tadlock and Barbara Tadlock (Green); her sister Karen Whisler; and her nieces, LeAnne Ortega and Amy Viehweg.
She is survived by: her children, Scott "Scotty" Tadlock (Kelli) of Odin, Canna Erbes (Darrell) of Centralia and JP Onhiser (Sara) of Salem; her grandchildren, Brittany Stanley (Clayton), Draven Patterson, Stephanie Erbes, Abbigail Brooks (Logan), Madi Patterson, Abbigail Onhiser and Allee Tadlock; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Luke, Axel, Lilly and Amani; her brother Harold Patrick Tadlock (Tammy) of Centralia; her sibling's children, Anthony Ortega, Alisha Tadlock, Melinda Johnson, Wes Lyons and Daniel Enriquz (Mandy); her brother-in-law Keith Brown; and her pet Angel.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to her son, Jerry Onhiser, to assist with the service costs and will be accepted by the Sutherland Garnier funeral home at 235 North Sycamore St. in Centralia, IL 62801 (618) 532-3523, who is honored to be of service to Gail's family.
