She was predeceased by: her mother Edith Marie Luttrell (Carter); her husband Harold Lee; her father Kenneth Luttrell; her siblings, Betty Teitsort, Dorothy Arnold, Donald Luttrell and Jerry Bateman; and her stepchildren, Steven Lee and Lisa Lee.
She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Cathy Parrish (Cecil) of Salem and Marla Linn of Salem; her stepgrandchildren, Shannon Lee, Bruce Lee and Brandy Hill; her sister-in-law Avis Luttrell (Roger Teitsort); her nephew Keith Evans; and her nieces, Kathy Minor and Diana Yates. She is also survived by four great-nieces and nephews; and many friends.
Memorial contributions may be made in Wanda's honor to the Peaceful Valley Cemetery.
