He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine Reid; his parents, Prezester and Cornelia; and his brother Willie Reid. He is survived by: his children, Cornelia M. Reid, Adolphus R. Reid, Jr., Carl W. Reid, Kathy L. Reid-Walker, Angela M. Reid, Berline B. Reid and Michael A. Reid. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
