He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Gaultney and Gladys Gaultney; and his siblings, Betty Wilke, Walter "Bud" Gaultney, Irene Kohl and Frieda Sponemann.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathleen Spillari of Glen Carbon, IL and Julie Chambers (Lenny) of Collinsville, IL; his grandchildren, Erica Koester (Nick), Sofia Spillari, Anna Chambers, Audrey Noonan and Kyle; his great grandchildren, Jackson, Lukas and Lydia; and his sisters, Virginia Niebrugge of Troy, IL, Frances Kohl (Bill) of Troy, IL and Phyllis Weatherspoon (Phil) of Troy, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to Holy Cross Lutheran Church or Shriner's Children's Hospital and will be received at the visitation or can be mailed to Barry Wilson Funeral Home, 2800 North Center Street, Maryville, IL 62062.
