He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Sharon K. Small, John H. Meravy, James D. Johnson, Jr. and Sandra Adams. He is survived by: his fathers, James (Crystal) and Johnson; and his brother Braden of O'Fallon. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
