He was predeceased by: his father William Walter Cornwall. He is survived by: his wife Cornwall of Shiloh; his daughter Shelby of Shiloh; his mother Mary (Cornwall); his sisters, Christy Chacon (Dave) of Riverdale and Tina Bernier (Mark) of Highland; and his pet Ollie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
