He was predeceased by : his father Larry York. He is survived by : his mother Brenda Caito (Adams); his stepfather William Caito of O'Fallon; his wife Kathy York; his brother Michael; his sister-in-law Lisa York of O'Fallon; his nephew Aaron York; his aunt Jackie; and his uncle Mike Mink of St. Louis. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.

Memorials may be made to St. Matthew Methodist Church in Belleville, Illinois and may be accepted at the funeral chapel.
