She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale, Sr. Cook and Pauline Cook (Hamblin); and her brother David. She is survived by: her brother Dale, Jr.; and her brother-in-law Michael Wilhite of Palm Springs, CA.. She is also survived by many cousins and great cousins.
