He is survived by: his wife Ruth Kathleen of Gerdes; his children, Kathleen Octavia Gerdes (John Stoops) of Chicago, IL, George and Kara Anne Koymen (Hakan Koymen) of Baltimore, MD; his grandchildren, Maxine and Edward; his brother Alan Bush (Diana) of Boynton Beach, FL; his sister-in-law Mary Ann Jenkins (William) of Mascoutah, IL; and his half-siblings, Carole De Angeli of Phoenix, Connie Douglas (Larry) of Reno, NV, Susan McNeall of Mindon, NV and Bruce McNeall (Eileen) of Reno, NV. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and cousins.
