He was predeceased by: his parent Nicholas'Hammer'; his son Ryan; his brother Dave; his parent-in-law August; and his brother-in-law Paul'Pete'Varel.
He is survived by: his son Christopher (Misty) of Carlyle; his grandchildren, Craig and Abbie Gross of Carlyle; his brother Dan Gross (JoAnn) of Bartelso; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Gross of Trenton and Joan Varel of Bartelso. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to St. Clare Catholic Church or to Mater Dei Catholic High School.
