He was predeceased by: his parents, John Seipp and Dorothy Seipp; his son David Seipp; and his nephew Matt Seipp. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Seipp of Plano, TX and Timothy Seipp (Stacey) of O'Fallon, IL; his brothers, Dennis Seipp (Geri) of O'Fallon, IL and Larry Seipp (Terri) of O'Fallon, IL; and his grandchildren, Reese Seipp and Mason Seipp. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
