It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Edward Holton of OFallon, Illinois, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois, who passed away on September 23, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Holton and Eunice Holton (Fritchie); his wife Patsy of Augusta, Maine.; his son Little Frankie Jr.; his brothers, George Holton, Jim Causey and John Blue; and his sister-in-law Kathleen Blue (Lyons).
He is survived by: his son Alan Sr.; his daughter-in-law Kimberly Holton of O'Fallon; his grandchildren, Brandon Holton (Lai Meng Chen) of Taipei, Alan Jr. Holton (Kimberly Jenschke) of O'Fallon, Haley Rushin (Jackson) of Jackson and Collin Holton of O'Fallon; his great grandchildren, Isla and Isaac Holton of Taipei, Taiwan; and his sister-in-law Murlene Causey of Paducah. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
