He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Chalupnik and Rosalia Chalupnik; his wife Frances Andree Chalupnik; his siblings, Henrietta Johanson (Peyton), Martha Blake (Joe), Lillian Koch (Herman), Dorothy Fischer (Richard), Gladys Steen (David), Elise Chalupnik, Anthony Chalupnik, Raymond Chalupnik (Betty), Donald Chalupnik and Ludwig Chalupnik; and his children, Michael Chalupnik and Sandee Chalupnik.
He is survived by: his daughter Angela Kalous (John); his siblings, Larry Chalupnik (Dagmar), Rosie Medbery and Mary Jane Tschakert (Dick); his grandchildren, Brooke Kalous and Andrew Kalous; and his goddaughter Brittny Flores (Stephen Sammario). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
