She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert and Patricia; her daughter Margaret "Megan" Pemberton; her siblings, Bob Walsh, Pam Billings (Russ) and Kathleen; and her brother-in-law Tony Ramirez.

She is survived by: her husband Colonel David F. Todd; her daughter Beth Lundy (James Lundy) of O'Fallon, Ill.; her grandchildren, Lauren, Kate Lundy, Robert and Grace Pemberton; her siblings, Mike Walsh (Kathy) of West Covina, Cal, Theresa Ramirez, Ariz, Jim Walsh (Sandy) of Covina and Steve Walsh (Jill) of San Gabriel; and also Debbie Walsh of Fontana, Calif..

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Jan Todd are suggested to either Siteman Cancer Center (https://wustl.advancementform.com) or BJC's Evelyn's House online, or envelopes will be available at the church.
