She is survived by: her children, David Cissel (Virginia) of Mobile, AL, James M. Cissel (Caroline) of Mt. Juliet, TN, Dawn C. Morgan (Sam) of Shiloh, Kenneth W. Cissel (Anita) of Elizabeth City, NC and Ronald W. Cissel (Cynthia) of Lawrenceville, GA; her grandchildren, Daniel, Jennifer, Ashley, Tiffany, Courtney, Kathryn, Hart, Amelia, Jonathan and Haley; and her brother Thomas "Tony" Miller of Yorkshire, England.. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
