It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John C. Jacobs of OFallon, Illinois, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois, who passed away on October 17, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Howard Jacobs, Sr.; his brother Joseph H. Jacobs, Jr.; and his sister-in-law Tommie Stimac. He is survived by: his children, Carrie Elizabeth O'Keefe (Donald) of Perryville and Christopher Joseph Jacobs (Beth) of Troy; his grandchildren, Colton O'Keefe, Tyler and Avery Jacobs; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Jacobs of Spring, Charles Stimac of Granite City, Alice Murphy (Patrick) of Penn and Anthony Stimac (Nancy) of St. Jacob, Ill.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wolfersberger Funeral Home (102 W Washington St, O'Fallon, IL 62269).
