We are sad to announce that, on March 9, 2026, at the age of 79, John J. Lampe of OFallon, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though John may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his father Andrew (Lucilda); and his brother Carl Lampe. He is survived by: his son Andrew Lampe (Bonnie) of O'Fallon, IL; his siblings, Geoffery Klein (Dawn) of Hico and Marjorie Carson of Shreveport; and his grandson John Lampe (Brooke).
Memorials may be made in the form of Masses to Holy Family Catholic Church or to Backstoppers.
