It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Ann Sexauer of OFallon, Illinois, who passed away on May 20, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Mae and Anna Mae. She is survived by: her husband John Henry Sexauer, Jr.; her sons, David (Sharon), Alan (Michelle) and Steven (Patti); her grandchildren, Amy, Jessica (Alex), Ryan, Emily, Laura Paulsell (Dan), Andrew (Crystal), Lauren and John; and her great grandchildren, Gyn, Kennedy and Andrew Jr..

In keeping with her generous spirit, Lois chose to donate her body for medical research.
