He is survived by: his children, Lindsay Kotouch, Ashley Lowe (Christopher) and Zachary Kotouch (Janelle Garza) of San Diego, CA; his sister Kathleen "Kim" Homic (Joseph); his pet Baxter; his wife Mary Ellen; his sons, Zach and Baxter; and also Mary Ellen Kotouch of O'Fallon, IL.
