It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neil P. Gavin of OFallon, Illinois, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois, who passed away on September 12, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Gavin and Stella. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie "Marge"; his children, Bonnie Branson (Carl), William Gavin (Kate), Vicki Whitley (Charles), Mary Kay Prader (David) and Robert Gavin of O'Fallon, IL; and his grandson Matthew Branson (Tiffany). He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
