She was predeceased by: her former husband Bill Hagler; her husband Col. Jack Van Hoorebeke; her parents, Lottie Mae and Justin Ernest Rice; and her siblings, Opal, Marietta, Katherine, Ernestine, Francis, Miriam, Karl, Robert and Harold.
She is survived by: her children, Gail Fleming (Tim) of O'Fallon, IL, Lynn McEvoy (Jim) of Plymouth, MA., Joan Davis (Bob) of Saline, MI and Steve Hagler (Carol) of St. Peters, MO..
