He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Winkelman and Patricia Winkelman (Schrodt) of Arenzville, IL; his stepmother Norma Winkelman of Beardstown, IL; his brother Gary Winkelman; his sister-in-law Vickie Winkelman; his stepsiblings, Billy Cook, Debbie Thompson (Cook) and Diane Lancaster (Cook); his grandparents, Albert, Elda Winkelman (Lovekamp), Paul Schrodt and Marie Taff (Virgil Taff); his son-in-law Royce Jones; and his great grandchildren, River, Blaine Jr. and August.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Sue Winkelman; his daughters, Melanie Jones of Prairie du Rocher, IL, Tiffany Esposito (Nathan) of O'Fallon, IL and Candice Sutton (Dashaun) of O'Fallon, IL; his siblings, Gloria Hansen (Larry) of Mokena, IL, Ed Winkelman (Norine) of Armstrong, IL and Larry Winkelman of Paxton, IL; his sister-in-law Sherry Winkelman; his stepbrothers, Donnie Cook and George Cook of Beardstown, IL; his aunt Linda Hart of Saybrook, IL; and his grandchildren, Samantha, Donna, Justine, Mackenzie, Mercadez, Deven, Elise, Lucy, Rowen, Abbagail, Izabele, Xavier, Alexander, Aph, Amelia and Tobias. He is also survived by great-grandchildren; and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
