She is survived by: her children, Edmond Darnell, Julius Tyrone, Toya Renee (Jourdan), Carl Sherrod Sr., Darnell Sherrod and Tony Sherrod Sr.; and her grandsons, Antwain Sherrod, Carl Sherrod Jr., Tony Sherrod Jr., Jourdan Sarpy Jr., Nicholai Sarpy (Abby) and Isaiah Sarpy (Aubrey). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
