She is survived by: her husband Charles "Charlie" J. Westgate III; her children, McKenzie Basil (Abdul), Mason Maxwell-Westgate, Andrew Maxwell, Abby Maxwell, Miles Maxwell and Sean Maxwell; her grandchildren, LaMiyah and Kai; her parents, Thomas Mullins (Patty) and Judy Toth (Michael); and her siblings, Dawn Davies (Mike), Peggy Noble (Doug) and Michael Toth (Tonya).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to the Fisher House (https://www.fisherhouse.org), which provides comfort homes where military and veteran families can stay free of charge, while a loved one is in the hospital.
