She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Higgins and Frances Higgins; her husband Raymond J. Witt; her sister Janet Higgins Anderson; and her brother-in-law William Witt.
She is survived by: her children, David Witt (Linda) of O'Fallon and Janet Witt Stockmann of Shiloh; her grandchildren, Theresa Dixon (John), David Witt II, Michael, Christopher and Matthew Stockmann; her great grandchildren, Trent and Morgan; and her siblings-in-law, Gene Anderson (Okla) of Stillwater and Jane Witt (Ark) of Little Rock. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
