He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Cullinan and Marie Cullinan (Housby); his brothers, Nathan Cullinan and John Cullinan; and his father-in-law Norman Cudlip.

He is survived by: his wife Suzan Cullinan of Oglesby; his sons, Mike Cullinan of Peru and Patrick Cullinan (Eleanor) of Tonica; his grandchildren, Julia and Max Cullinan; his siblings, Kathy McCook (Greg) of Spring Valley and Jim Cullinan (Melanie) of Oglesby; his sisters-in-law, Kathy Cullinan of Spring Valley and Julie Pakula (Joe) of Peru; his mother-in-law Sarah Cudlip; and his brothers-in-law, Steve of Oglesby and Dave Cudlip of Oglesby. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
