He was predeceased by: his parents, John Urbino, and Katherine Urbino, Sr. (Rutledge); his brother Jim; his nephew Justin; and his close friend Chuck Ritter.
He is survived by: his sisters, Debrajo Chasteen (Dale) of Oglesby and Mary Urbino of Oglesby; his significant other Susy Ritter of Oglesby; and his aunt Mary Olofson of Princeton. He is also survived by 1 niece, 2 nephews, 8 great-nieces and nephews.
