He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Michaelsen and Helen Michaelsen (Krauch); and his sister Shirley Ann Lundbeck. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his daughters, Michelle Norton (Lewis), Jennifer Bucy (Joe) and Sara Hauger (Brad); his grandchildren, Timothy Mattox, Amanda, Dalton Owen and Savannah Bucy; his great grandchildren, Jaxon Owen, Callie Owen and Rhett Owen; and his sister Irene Taylor (Scott).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
