He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Fitzpatrick and Irene Fitzpatrick (Dziekan). He is survived by: his siblings, James Fitzpatrick (Jeanne) of Mendota, Raymond Fitzpatrick (Nancy) of Los Angeles, CA., Mary Ann Carter of Streator, Jane Burke (Tom) of Seal Beach, CA. and Irene Boltz (Irene Boltz) of Geneva. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.
