He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry C. Foster and Effie Mae Foster (Twente); his grandchildren, Skylar Ray Gibson, Spencer Foster and Tyler Foster; and his siblings, Margaret, Nellie, Edith Mae, Allen Ray and John.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Coleson; his children, Timothy C. Foster (Cheri S.), Leslie H. Foster, Yolanda K. Doughty and Belinda M. Gibson (Gregory D.); his grandchildren, Steven Nolkemper, Brittany Below, Breanna Foster, Alex Doughty, John Doughty, Nathan Doughty, Tinsleigh Doughty, Makayla Doughty, Austin Gibson, Jayden Gibson, Natoma Gibson and Logan Gibson; and his sister Minnie McCoy. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, other nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
In Lieu of flowers, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be made to the family to help offset funeral expenses. Memorial contribution envelopes will be available at the funeral home and at the church.
