He was predeceased by: his parents, Chesley K. Willis and Cecile Willis (Hopkins); his sister Nancy Ann Kline (Willis); his nephews, Todd Stephen Thomas and Tyler Eugene Kline; and his mother-in-law Wanda Womack.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Womack; his sister Paula Thomas (Steve); his niece Greer Thomas; George, Brenda Womack, Sharon Gillip (Andy), Major David Womack (Major Marina), Brenda Trimpy, James Hagaman and Eddie Hagaman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
