He is survived by: his wife Frances Marie Doublin; his children, Vicki Stroud (Steve) and Owen Wayne Dodd; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Renee Dodd Scheffler (Nathan), Collin Ray Dodd and Victoria La Vone Dodd. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
