He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Dean and Patsy Bernice Johnson (Carter); his son Robert Johnson; and his sister Stacy Carter. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Johnson (Caldwell); his children, James Johnson (Samantha), Amanda Reynolds (Jonathan) and Deana Johnson (Thomas Smith III); his grandchildren, Liam Johnson, Zayden Johnson, Lydia Reynolds, Jonathan Reynolds III and Everleigh Reynolds; his siblings, Tim Slapinski and Donna Bigham (Darren); and his mother-in-law Vickie Caldwell. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
