With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Allen Lynn Vaughn of Olney, Illinois, who passed away on June 2, 2025 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Allen Lynn is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Allen Lynn's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his mother Wanda Higgins; his grandparents, Juanita and Glen Vaughn; his cousin Sandy McCormick; his aunt Doris; and his uncle Jimmie Vaughn.
He is survived by: his fiancée Mary Ann Lane of Olney; his son Robert Vaughn (Haley); his cousins, Cecil Vaughn (Deb), Wayne Vaughn, Gail Vaughn (Rick Drummond) and Sue Wyatt (Carl); and his uncle Mike Vaughn. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Camargo Cemetery.
