He was predeceased by: his father Donald D. Steber; his sisters, Rebecca Steber and Julie Thomas; and his in-laws, Catherine Steber, Dan Will and Kevin Frohning.
He is survived by: his wife Stacey Steber (Rauch) of Olney; his children, Malory Urfer (Justin) of Claremont, Corey Steber (Emily) of Olney, Olivia Steber of Olney and Claire Steber of Olney; his grandchildren, Elise, Nora, Aida, Tate Urfer, Rhett, Paislee and Cooper Steber; his mother Marjorie Steber-Pool (Stan); his siblings, Elizabeth Steber, Donnie Steber (Debra Fehrenbacher), John Steber (Kema Davis), Tom Steber (Jill), Ellen Bollman, Phillip Steber (Suzi), Stephenie Kuhl (Darrin), Brett Steber (Jodi) and Stacy Herman (Mark); and his in-laws, Janet Will, Julia Weber (Woodrow Franklin), Stephen Rauch, Helen Donsbach (Paul), Rosemary Frohning, David Rauch (Michelle), Linda Schnepper (Glenn), Valerie Rodriguez (Antonio), Emily Milligan (Lee) and Randy Thomas. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
