Rubsam of Olney, Illinois, born in Effingham, Illinois, who passed away on August 14, 2023, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Rubsam and Doris Rubsam (Hanna); his sister Jill Rubsam; and his father-in-law John Bailey. He is survived by : his wife Wendy Rubsam of Olney; his son Tyler Rubsam of Olney; his parents-in-law, Carol Bailey and Charles Holley (Beckye); his siblings, Tony Rubsam (Marsha) and Sharon Rubsam (Gail Rubsam); and his sister-in-law Carrie Holley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
