He is survived by: his children, Christy Mitchell (Seth) and Charles "Tony" Garrison (Sara) of Corbin; his grandchildren, Floyd Webb, Jared Webb, Kaitlyn Lewis (Byron), Caleb Mitchell, Cameron Mitchell (Taylor), Kristin Mitchell, Madilyn Garrison, Lillie-Ann Garrison, Zachary Garrison and Brandyn Claire Garrison; and his close friends, Joyce Garrison and Doris McGregor. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
