He is survived by: his wife Janet Snyder (Cessna); his daughter Tammy Napier (Nathan) of Olney, Illinois; his grandchildren, Danielle Napier (Jo Simovic) of Ramsgate, England, Andrew Napier (Ariel James) of Olney, Illinois and Nicholas Napier (Katya) of Naperville, Illinois; his great grandchildren, Charley Napier and Morgan Simovic of Ramsgate, England.; his siblings, Catherine Snyder-Highsmith of Olney, Illinois, Karen Bare (Brad) of Olney, Illinois, Danny Snyder (Nancy) of Olney, Illinois, Joann Bayler (Dave) of Paris, Illinois, Dick Snyder (Vickie) of Vincennes, Indiana and Rick Snyder (Anita) of Apache Junction, Arizona; and his sister-in-law Sherry Snyder of Calhoun, Illinois.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home (205 E Elm St, Olney, IL 62450). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer's Disease Research in Charlie's memory.
