He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Tibbs and Gladys Tibbs (Burt); his daughter Debbie Rauch; and his sisters, Connie Fisher and Donna Duncan.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Tibbs of Olney; his children, Cindy Peters (Bruce) of Olney, Janice Pampe (Paul) of Parkersburg, Steve Tibbs (Jennifer) of Olney, Donna Kuenstler (Steve) of Olney and Wendy Kuhl (Scott Cook) of Lenexa, KS; his son-in-law Tom Rauch of Olney; and his grandchildren, Kyle Kuenstler (Sarah), Erin Gallagher (Jason), Casey Hemrich (Tyler), Lauren Dasch (Ryan), Sarah Crane (Cody), Austin Tibbs (Lauren), Katelyn Ballard, Devan Crow (Jordan), Preston Kuenstler (Hannah), Curtis Pampe, Cameron Ballard, Taylor Britton (Phil), Abigail McNeely (Braden), Jacob Keortge (Tyli) and Jayla Hildreth (Blake Zuber). He is also survived by 31 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
