He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kuhl and Eleanor Ann Kuhl (Stark); his wife Rosemary Garrett; and his son Matthew Kuhl. He is survived by: his children, Frank Kuhl of Olney, Ty Kuhl of Olney and Michelle Earp (Michael) of Olney; his grandchild Cletus Fehrenbacher Kuhl; and his sister Connie Hahn (Ed) of Plant City, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
