She was predeceased by: her grandparents, June, Carl Pflaum, Neva and William "Pete" Slankard. She is survived by: her parents, Jimmy Slankard and Kathy Slankard (Pflaum); her stepmother Tammy; her brother Kyle; her half-brothers, Adam and Jacob; her stepsiblings, Alex and Victoria Lenear; and her friend Thomas Kurtz. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
