He is survived by: his children, Amy Ramsey (Daniel) of Indianapolis, Bobbi Blackford of Olney and Billy Taylor of Harrisburg, Illinois; his grandchildren, Tyler Blackford (Jenna), Danielle Blackford, Logan Ramsey (Payton) and Caleb Ramsey; his great grandchildren, Griffin, Owen, Eli and Jade; and his brothers, Larry Blackford (Pat) of Olney and Wayne Blackford of Olney, Illinois..
