He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee William and Minnie F. Fritschle (Miller); his wife Mildred Louise Fritschle (Burget); his son Steve Fritschle; and his siblings, Robert Fritschle, Fred Fritschle and Vera Mae Walters.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Fritschle (Paula) of Olney, IL and Karen Read (David) of Olney, IL; his grandchildren, Dustin Fritschle (Leigha) of Mt Vernon, IN, Ashley Clow (Jason) of Pekin, IL, Kyle (Traci), Andrew Lodolo (Josh) of Indianapolis, IN, Nikki Strohl (Kyle) of Olney, IL and Megan Epperheimer (Ryan) of Olney, IL; his great grandchildren, Mason, Avery Fritschle, Layla, Hailey Clow, Ethan, Annabelle Fritschle and Maddox Epperheimer; and his siblings, Betty Lou Gerber (Paul), Ed Fritschle (Darlene) and George Fritschle (Jane). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home (205 E Elm St, Olney, IL 62450). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church or Olney Immanuel Church.
