With sadness, we share the passing of Ethan W. McCoy of Olney, Illinois. Ethan, born on September 17, 2007, passed away on October 3, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ethan W. McCoy to pay them a last tribute.
He is survived by: his parents, Mike McCoy (Tiffany) of Dundas and Madeline Gifford (Allen) of Olney; his siblings, Aria McCoy, Eris and Aeson Gifford; his stepsiblings, Curtis Lasley, Erric Reeves, Joey Lasley, Zhavia Thebeau (Tobi) and Arayanna Harmon (Damien); his grandparents, Jena Warthen, Jack, Debra Woods, Machel Reavill and Franklin McCoy; and his great-grandparent Marie Thomas (Toby). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home (205 E Elm St, Olney, IL 62450). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
