He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Garner and Louise Garner (Preston); his son Gary Garner; and his sister-in-law Bev Jennings. He is survived by: his wife Joan Garner of Olney; his son Greg Garner (Tina) of Olney; his grandchildren, Sam Garner (Kat) of Boise, ID, Sara Garner of New Orleans, LA, Max Garner of New Orleans, LA, Brianna Garner (Caleb) of Olney, Kirsten Piercefield (Caleb) of Olney, Megan Burgener (Jacob) of Olney, Abigail and Charlie of Western Springs, IL; his great grandchildren, Evalynn, Jayce, Isabelle, Charlotte, Fern, Isaiah and Rhyse; and his brothers-in-law, Jerry Jennings (Paula) of Springfield and Jack Jennings of Olney.
