He is survived by: his wife Cindy Foerster of Olney; his children, Pam Carter of Olney, Charlie Foerster (Kristi) of Charleston, IL and Heidi White (Thomas) of St. Peters, MO; his grandchildren, Floyd Carter, Ashby Leaf, Amber Elliott, Mariah White and Ethan Foerster; his great grandchildren, Cam Leaf, Alexia Emmett, Sophie Carter, Sydney Carter, Jenna Tonn, Konner Elliott and Alice White; his great great grandchild Zydan Emmett; his children-in-law, Julie Forester Lord and Jerry Leaf; his sister Frances "Toots" Stoll; and his pets, Benji, Sassy Pants and Missy Britches. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
