Harold Vernon Murbarger Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 28, 2025, at the age of 82, Harold Vernon Murbarger of Olney, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Murbarger and Dorothy Murbarger (Lambird); and his siblings, John Murbarger and Janice Murbarger. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Brooks (Russ) of Olney, Melissa Gamboe (Tom) of Swansea, IL and Michael "Tug" Murbarger of Claremont; his grandchildren, Ashli Messina (Daniel), Ian Zumbahlen, Levi Weiler (MaryBeth DeCuyke), Connor Court (Ashley Rapice), Carson Gamboe and Kinsey Armstrong (Johnathan); his great grandchildren, Gabriel, Joshua, Joel, Karmyn, Eli, Jax and Madelyn; his close friend Lillian Angle; and his sister Connie Russell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and close cousins.
