He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rollins "Raleigh" Middleton and Eleanor Middleton (Patterson); his wife Linda Joyce O'Dell; and his daughter Jama Cantrell. He is survived by: his children, Robin Mullin (Dan) and Frank Middleton (Renee); his daughter-in-law Shannon Middleton; and his grandchildren, Mandie Weiler (Steve), Adam Cox (Jodi), Franki Cox (Kirsten), Ethan Cox (June Hout), Ashton Dilly (Donovan), Brooke Middleton, Destiny Middleton (Brandon Gilbert), Paige Middleton, Cody Rosskilley and Cody Wilson (Rachel). He is also survived by twenty-two great grandchildren.
