He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Stout and Jackie Stout. He is survived by: his siblings, Cheryl of Olney, Illinois and Barry of Midvale, Utah; and his aunt Tyke Fitch of Wilmington.
He paid this life-giving gift forward by donating his corneas for another when he passed.
