He is survived by: his wife Theresa Blank of Olney; his children, Tim Bowlby (Tracy) of Winchester, KY and Tina Bowlby of Olney; his grandchildren, Jessica Cottrell (Tyler) of Lexington, KY, Spencer Bowlby (Gina) of Winchester, KY and Eli Singer of Olney; and his great grandchildren, Monroe and Oliver Cottrell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
